APS Sr Analyst – CEP IT

The Analyst will be responsible for:

• Support End-Users Application in Production and Test Environment
• Act in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk to keep the Production environment safe and stable
• Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
• Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs
• Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
• Support Vendors relationship management
• Support and formalize local controls
• Review and improve local procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Advanced English
• Background on AML and KYC processes
• Must be hands on regarding on techinical matters, mainly concerning windows/linux servers
