APS Sr Analyst – Fresh

The Specialist will be responsible for:

• Support End-Users Application in Production and Test Environments
• Act in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk to keep the Production environment safe and stable;
• Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
• Follow-up  local and/or overseas development (coding)
• Create project dashboards
• Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance Indicators(KPI) such as, Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Delivered on Budget ,Number of Critical Bugs
• Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
• Support Vendors relationship management
• Manage, support and formalize local controls

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Advanced English
• Background around accounting and non-accounting regulatory processes
• Acquaintance with topics such as Central Risk, Market Risk capital management, liquidity risk report, operational limit report
